All the coaches listed below are available to book for online sessions, at a time that suits you.
- Sessions last a minimum of 1 hour
- We recommend a minimum of 8-16 hours of coaching for maximum benefit
- For online coaching you just need access to a device with a microphone, camera and internet connection.
- We offer face to face coaching if preferred.
