Belinda Fernandes
About Belinda
What Belinda really enjoys when coaching is supporting adults in the workplace to understand more about their Neurodivergent challenges and explore their strengths to develop strategies which help manage the impact that those challenges bring. Belinda has supported clients who work in banks, teaching, hospitals and other public services as well as clients who are aiming to re-establish themselves in a working role after taking some time out.
Belinda brings a flexible, person-centered approach to her coaching. She offers a safe space to allow clients to explore their situation, how they want things to be and discover how they can use their strengths to create solutions that allow them to work at their best.
When Belinda is coaching at her best, she is calm, curious and feels a warm glow to see clients have a “lightbulb moment”; this may be seeing a strength they already have but not noticed or why a certain challenge has felt too overwhelming or recognising a step they can take to move a step closer to achieving their potential.

Lynda is an ILM5 certified coach, mentor, and facilitator and has been an associate coach with Genius Within for over 10 years. Lynda has helped them to create long lasting strategies to support them through their constantly changing, fast paced environments they find themselves in.
Lynda began her working life in finance. Her love for coaching came whilst working in Learning and Development and as a performance coach for First Direct. Elisabeth Goodman
MSc in Information Science
About Elisabeth
Elisabeth works with managers and individual team members in Life Science and other companies, large and small, to help them exercise choice and realise their potential in the workplace.
She and her clients work across four levels of awareness: what’s important to them, how they interact with others, how they go about their work, and how they relate to their environment.
Her advocacy for Neurodiversity comes from her personal and family experience of autism, and her insights gained from working with neurominorities.
Experiencing the pandemic in these last few years has brought Elisabeth closer to nature too, so that she is now looking for ways to actively care for our environment, as well as bring it into her coaching.
Elisabeth’s flexes her calm and reflective approach and the coaching tools she uses to match her clients’ learning styles and the topics they want to explore.
