About Angie
Angie has a Master’s in Coaching and is an accredited Executive Coach and Trainer.
Angie felt early on in her life that neurodivergence prevented her from career success through traditional roles. She found her own path through being self-employed and contracting role. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Paris and London. With a high travel burden, she learned the importance of vocalising sensory sensitivities, literally marking her own spatial boundaries. Her experience has taught her how to be her own best advocate, to be practical about what she needs and this is a skill she can share with her clients. Angie believes her experiences have taught her the power of setting goals and overcoming barriers.

Helen is a skilled and compassionate coach, coach supervisor and occupational therapist whose work is grounded in academic rigour and experience from working with a diverse range of clients. She has a deep curiosity and intuition about people and believes that a client’s narrative is the best way of getting to know them; where they are in the context of their lives and where they might be thinking about going.

About Lee
Lee is the founder of Essentialise, a Workplace Wellbeing agency and has a background in psychology, tech and professional services.
Lee is autistic and naturally very passionate about neurodiversity and intersectionality, and he is a specialist in inclusive wellbeing. Lee is an accredited life coach, and this blends nicely with his psychology and facilitation background where he delivers workshops for Genius Within.
Lee’s inspirational work sits across presenting, workshops and media coverage. His work has been recognized through being awarded ‘Great British Entrepreneur of the Year’ 2021 and inducted into the ‘Black Cultural Archives’ for his services to health in 2023.

Melissa Chester is a business psychologist and a fellow of the CIPD, with 20 years’ experience working at a multi-national level and in the financial services industry focusing on people consulting, talent and leadership development. She has coached a wide variety of individuals within organisations at all stages in their career to support their personal development. She is also a qualified career coach.
Melissa favours a strengths based approach to coaching, working with her clients, to unlock their potential in a sustainable and structured fashion. Melissa is passionate about supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and removing barriers to employment and development opportunities for individuals.

She works with neurodivergent business leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and creatives who have been ‘diagnosed’ or self-identify as neurodivergent and want to understand how it has impacted them historically, currently and how it can inform their path forward.
