From Insight to Action: Neuroinclusion Done Differently

Two people sat at a desk looking back across towards a third person.

Our consultancy services take you from insight to action. We provide proactive, cost-effective and practical solutions that meet the specific needs of your organisation and its people.

Not sure where to start?

Our Neuroinclusion Foundation Programme is a pathway designed to build confidence and establish robust neuroinclusive foundations for the individual and the broader organisation.

It is an opportunity to try out different Genius Within services and understand what works for you, with the support of a psychologist to plan, integrate and learn from the interventions.  It incorporates:

  • A planning workshop
  • 25 licenses for our manager elearning,
  • 3 x 2 hour masterclasses for your HR team
  • A neuroinclusion webinar for the wider workforce
  • A wrap-up strategic review

At a special introductory rate, it offers a great way of taking the first steps on your neuroinclusion journey.

Masterclasses

We provide programmes for all components of organisational neuroinclusion.

Bespoke masterclasses co-designed with your organisation to build neuroinclusive leadership capability and practice.  We offer:

  • HR masterclasses
  • Manager masterclasses
  • Senior leader masterclasses
  • ERG (Employee Resource Groups) masterclasses
  • Occupational Health masterclasses
  • Masterclasses on specific topics including neuroinclusive communications, environment, recruitment.

With groups of up to 25, our masterclasses increase the confidence and skills of participants to support neurodivergent colleagues, navigate complex challenges and optimise performance.  They are very interactive, based around case studies and activities designed to reflect your operating context.  Can be online or face to face and length and format can be flexed to meet your needs.

Toolkits

Toolkits co-designed with you to support your HR team and/or managers.  These are very practical and accessible guides, using straightforward language, easy to follow checklists and plenty of infographics to engage the audience, complete with your own branding.  Works well as an accompaniment to our masterclasses, but also as a stand-alone resource.

Audits

Audits provide a deep dive review of specific policies, processes or environments to ensure they are as neuroinclusive as possible.  What we review is up to you, but could include recruitment, talent development, performance management, adjustments or your working environment.

Bringing together their professional expertise with evidence from key internal stakeholders, your psychologist will review what’s working well and what might create barriers for neurodivergent individuals, providing practical recommendations that actually work.

Neuroinclusion Strategy Design

Comprehensive support to design and deliver your neuroinclusion strategy, including:

  • Employee consultation and analysis of evidence on strengths and barriers.
  • Strategy development workshops with key stakeholders, facilitated by your psychologist.
  • Support from your psychologist to translate strategy into actionable plans aligned to business objectives.

Employee Relations Advisory Service

The Employee Relations Advisory Service provides HR teams with expert advice on more complex individual cases, helping them to support performance and wellbeing for the neurodivergent individual, and reduce risk for the organisation.

Working with Genius Within has been a genuinely transformative experience for us at RNRMC. From leadership coaching to whole-team training, Nancy brought very welcome fresh perspectives, practical tools, and a deep understanding of how to unlock potential. The sessions have sparked positive cultural shifts, begun to strengthen relationships, and has begun to create a real appetite for further development. Whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, every member of our team has benefited. I would highly recommend Genius Within — it has been inspiring, insightful, and already making a lasting difference.
