This eLearning course will help you understand the value that Neurodivergent individuals contribute to the workplace and become more familiar with the changing language within the neurodiversity movement. It will deepen your understanding of individual conditions, and how they overlap.

Managing Neurodiversity at Work takes this one step further, and discusses how to manage Neurodivergent employees, what your legal requirements as manager are, how to have the difficult conversations, and how to ensure everyone is able to work at their best. 

Each eLearning module is available with closed captioning and is narrated by Genius Within employees, many with lived experience. Every module is broken down into bite-size chapters and at the end, the learner is presented with a series of questions to check their learning.
