
Sue Sharp
With over 10 years’ coaching for Genius Within, Sue happily coaches any neurominority client, and her core experience is working with clients who have dyslexia, stress and anxiety. Sue also has strong experience in management development and executive coaching within businesses, and life coaching in her private practice.
Sue’s coaching approach is strengths based and person centred, believing that we all have unique talents to share. Her coaching is a mix of helping clients to discover solutions that are bespoke and perfect for them, and sharing ideas, models and concepts that may be of value to her clients.
Qualifications
Sue is an ILM Level 5 Workplace Coach and Mentor, supported further by her qualifications as a coach and trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and her certification as a Clean Language Facilitator. Sue is keen to continue her professional development and is currently studying for her Coach100 qualification with Robbins Madanes Training (Tony Robbins/Chloe Madanes).
Experience
Sue has been coaching since 2006, helping clients both in the workplace and in her private life coaching practice.
Prior to becoming a coach and trainer, Sue worked in the retail and recruitment sectors, both on the sales and operational sides of the business. Starting at entry level in both industries and progressing into Senior Management roles. Sue has coached staff, middle managers and board-level clients and is able to draw on her wide range of experience to support people at various levels.
