Claire Jackson
About Claire
Claire discovered a lot about herself on the journey she took with her neurodivergent son and received her own dyslexia diagnosis later in life. She has learned to truly value and play to her strengths and, as such, is passionate about supporting neurodifferences in the workplace.
Claire values whole-person and strengths-based coaching approaches to help her clients achieve their full potential. She facilitates space for her clients to reflect, discovers new perspectives, develops strategies, builds confidence and create new opportunities. Claire has a calm, empathetic, and reflective coaching style and uses various coaching tools that complement her clients’ learning styles and development needs.
Prior to setting up her private coaching practice, Claire gained extensive experience in leadership and management roles within large and complex organisations, where coaching became core to her leadership style.
Ella Jaffery-Reed
About Ella
Ella works closely with her coachees to understand their situation, identify their strengths and develop strategies that are creative and practical. She treats everyone as unique individuals and always encourages the coachee to understand for themselves what it takes for them to be at their best.
Having first-hand experience of dyspraxia, Ella is impassioned by her own struggles with conventional education and workplace environments. Over the years she has realised that there
are other ways to work and learn which has enabled her to flourish in both academic settings
and in coaching others. It is this personal experience that drives her commitment to help
individuals to explore and discover new and creative ways to unlock their potential.

Helen is an experienced qualified coach supporting clients to see their potential and reach it. She has been enthusiastically working with neurodivergent clients in a wide range of employment settings with Genius Within since 2016.
She is passionate about professional development and personal achievement and has a real interest in difference and diversity. From a coaching perspective Helen is keen to develop ways of working which are client led and fit with their needs, focusing on strengths and using active reflective practice.

Helen is an ICF credentialised coach to PCC level with 10 years coaching experience and an extensive background in coaching neurodiversity. She also has a Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques (tapping and NLP) and offers ICF coach training for coaches, leaders, and change-makers.
Helen coaches by finding the hidden blocks to getting exactly where you want to be. She goes deep, but also focuses on making things lighter for you, creating more ease and enjoyment in what you are doing.
Helen has a wide range of knowledge and skills to bring to the table. Helen’s experience includes coaching and training executives, as well as working extensively with neurodivergent individuals to help them leverage their strengths while addressing their challenges.

Jude is passionate about using coaching to support individuals to find their purpose and confidently move forward to live a fulfilling life. She believes we all have unique strengths and talents that we can draw on, with the right support.
Jude is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and uses a blend of evidence-based positive psychology and neuroscience to support you in identifying and going beyond your existing patterns of thinking and being, generating transformative shifts in mindset and behaviour. Jude has been a professional coach since May 2022. Before coaching, Jude spent many years working with senior leaders and managing marketing teams within Publishing, working on brands including The Week Magazine, Which? and The Telegraph.
Jude has worked with a wide range of individuals including executives and colleagues who were open about ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.

Coaching with Sam is like taking your brain to a spa. She provides a calm, judgement free space where you can organise your thoughts and put your ideas into action with accountability.
She founded The Float Space in 2021 to support women to confidently navigate life and career with children, without compromising on ambition. Sam brings a professional background managing teams in the not-for-profit and public sector, as well as over a decade as a trustee of several large and medium charities.
Sam trained and began working as a coach in 2021. She has 15 years experience leading teams in local, national and international not-for-profit and public sector organisations including the UK Labour Party, Save the Children and The Financial Ombudsman Service.

Christine is an experienced workplace strategy coach who has worked as an associate coach for GW for the last 7 years.
Christine is experienced in working with a wide range of neurodiverse conditions in the workplace and she enjoys helping people to recognise their own strengths and abilities, to have a belief in themselves and to work towards and have the confidence to achieve their desired goals. Having spent many years working in the public and voluntary sectors she has a special interest in these areas.
Allison Lindsay
About Allison
Allison has been coaching for over 20 years. She has been a coach with Genius Within since 2019. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She also has an ILM certification in Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-differences in the Workplace. She is a certified Mindfulness teacher, certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator & Group Leader, and a certified Embodied Facilitator. Her educational background is in psychology and she has an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Allison coaches a wide range of clients from different sectors such as: professional services; finance; pharmaceutical; healthcare; emergency services; and energy industries. She coaches clients from individual contributor/employee level, to Executives in large international companies.
When Allison is coaching, she creates a safe and supportive space for people to explore their strengths, challenges, and what they really want to achieve in life and work. She works co-creatively with them to define and achieve their goals on a sustainable basis.
When Allison is coaching at her best; she is present, engaged, creative and empathic! She enjoys connecting with people. She loves seeing people understand themselves better, identifying and learning to work with their strengths, and champions her clients to as they gain deep insights, make real breakthroughs and grow their confidence.
