Polly is a Chartered Psychologist with sixteen years’ experience of working with organisations in the private and public sector, focusing on leadership development and coaching, training, and equality, diversity and inclusion (E,D&I).
Polly is passionate about building more inclusive workplaces, and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. Polly’s approach is led by an individual’s personal values, style and needs, so whatever their preferences, she will shape the coaching in a way that works for them. She draws on a range of coaching techniques and psychological principles to help others gain insights, overcome barriers and move forwards.
Polly has sixteen years’ experience working in the area of leadership development and coaching. She has supported individuals, across a range of sectors, with their professional development and to overcome barriers to success. Polly has worked with individuals to support them to take the next step in their career, and with individuals looking to overcome challenges such as confidence and imposter syndrome.
