Whether it is a school, home-schooling network, nursery, or neurodivergent teacher, what matters is that they are neuroinclusive and promote acceptance.

Smithdown Primary School

Smithdown Primary School’s motto is show kindness and respect to All. This is non negotiable and everyone and everything is included in this. Children have sensory diets, loops,resistance bands,fidget toys. Parents and staff access training to help understand neurodiversity. Smithdown is over 95% English as a second language and  have many different cultures and beliefs. Acceptance of neurodiversity can be a challenge to many families and Smithdown understand this. They work tirelessly to break down stigmas that maybe attached to a diagnosis.
