Genius Within has a team of over 175 expert coaches, and regularly recruit new ones, all qualified to ILM Level 5 or above. All of our coaches have experience in supporting neurominorities in the workplace as  many of them identify as neurodiverse/neurodivergent themselves and 62% identify as disabled.

Understanding what you need, coupled with our evidence based approach, and consistent results,  have made us leaders in our industry

All the coaches listed below are available to book for online sessions, at a time that suits you.

  • Sessions last a minimum of 1 hour
  • We recommend a minimum of 8-16 hours of coaching for maximum benefit
  • Online coaching is available
  • Most of our coaching is virtual and online– you just need access to a device with a microphone, camera and internet connection. We can offer face to face coaching if preferred.
