Morwenna’s with you all the way – as an AuDHDer herself, parent to an ND adult, and her experience with hundreds of clients.
Morwenna loves to help you explore identity, strengths, struggles and even any painful bits. Tears and laughter are normal in coaching, but Morwenna prevents sessions from becoming counselling or unfocused chat, and instead keeps you moving towards your goals. Morwenna maintains ethics, boundaries and concrete outcomes, while allowing real emotions and even fun!

Nancy Proctor is a professionally qualified workplace coaching with a Diplomas in Coaching Psychology, Core Transformation and NLP and training with the Association for Coaching. Nancy has been coaching for many years across a variety of disciplines not just the workplace but also in health and fitness, where the motivational and habit forming practices are a significant cross over.
Nancy is inspired to work with neurodivergent clients through the lived experiences in her family of neurodivergence. In particular, she is inspired by her children, who are young neurodivergent adults emerging into the world of work, experiencing the hopes and opportunity of an emerging career path, but also the barriers and challenges. Nancy seeks to contribute to a more inclusive society where neurodivergent people can thrive and have work which is a pleasure, rewarding and inclusive.

Narinder Sheena
About Narinder
Narinder supports people who have long standing chronic pain. This could be the back, neck, migraines, fibromyalgia, amongst other chronic illnesses. I also coach individuals in confidence, leadership, anxiety, burnout, health and wellbeing, work/life balance and neurodivergence.
Narinder used to be a personal injury lawyer for 15 years, acting on behalf of Union members who had accidents at work, and then acting for insurance companies defending road traffic accident claims, including fraud.

Nicola is passionate about helping, developing and supporting people to be the best they can be. Nicola thrives on helping people with Neurodiversity learn to develop strategies for their challenges but also enhancing their strengths. Hearing people say ‘I acknowledge my brain is wired differently and not wrong’ is an absolute pleasure for Nicola to hear.
Nicola works with people to develop strategies for time management, focus (control and or implementation), organisation, self-belief, confidence, identifying their strengths and many more for them to release how they can work at their best and what they need to achieve this.

Peter has an impressive 30 years of extensive experience in IT Sales, Marketing, and Management, which has allowed him to cultivate a robust skill set in the technology industry. His expertise extends to leadership and development, as he underwent training under the prestigious Hewlett Packard LEAD program, achieving UK Director level proficiency. Additionally, Peter holds a degree in Law from Christ Church, Oxford University, further augmenting his versatile background.
Since 2006, he has found great success as an independent business coach, catering to esteemed clients at the Board level, including prominent companies like Symantec, Epson, and Canon. Peter’s coaching approach is refined, as he received training from Marian Way, the author of Clean Approaches for Coaches, in Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling, and Clean Space techniques.

She works extensively with architects, engineers and others in the property, design and construction sectors which is where she has spent her 30-year career leading teams prior to training as a coach in 2016.

With extensive experience of working with neurominorities, and in the fields of mental health and social isolation. His full-time job is in the Railway sector, where he advocates for the neurodivergent community, champions diversity and inclusion, and advocates for mental health.
He undertakes coaching support with clients from multiple sectors, helping them to achieve higher performance in the workplace.
His previous career spanned 30 years in management consultancy and supply chain where he developed broad and deep expertise in many sector-specific, corporate, operational and performance management disciplines.

Theresa is a passionate coach who partners with coaching clients so they can use their strengths to establish a flourishing work and home life.
Theresa has had a varied background in education and in running her own business and has experienced many of the highs and lows that life can bring. Being able to draw on her strengths and reframe her thinking has enabled her to thrive during difficult circumstances. Now, being able to bring that experience to coach others to do the same, is what she loves to do.
Theresa particularly enjoys bringing the fun into coaching, especially using nature and Lego. After all, it’s easier to thrive and flourish when we enjoy what we do and are having fun.
