About Rachel
Rachel’s coaching is grounded in the belief that we often have more influence over our situation than we realise; that given the right balance of challenge, support, and ‘thinking space’, we can achieve more than we initially think possible.
Rachel has ten years and 500+ hours coaching experience, primarily in large and complex public and private sector organisations. Rachel works with a wide range of individuals, from students and early-career potential to senior leaders.
Rachel is positive about the value of neurodivergent thinking and has lived experience of autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and epilepsy.
Rachel is a qualified Executive Coach and currently studying for a PGCert in Autism.
Rebecca Daniel

About Rebecca
Rebecca Daniel is an experienced coach, coach supervisor and trainer with over 12 years experience in the education sector and extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. She specialises in empowering clients through tailored coaching that enhances wellbeing, confidence, resilience and communication. Rebecca works with leaders, executives, and individuals within a range of sectors helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. As an accredited coach (ICF ACC, EMCC Senior Practitioner) and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, she uses a blend of positive psychology, NLP, and neuroscience to evoke awareness and facilitate meaningful change. Rebecca also holds an associate board member position for the ICF UK chapter.

Rukshana Horwood

About Rukshana
With a background in Psychology (B.A Hons), Rukshana has a passion for supporting individuals, teams and organisations to understand and build awareness around their own or colleagues neurodiversity.
Rukshana is fortunate enough to work with neurodivergent individuals to support them, help managers and individuals to understand each other better through co-coaching as well as raise awareness across organisations and diverse industries spanning both the private and public sectors. Rukshana is extremely fortunate to work on some projects for CJS, our Criminal Justice System, supporting ex-custodial clients who are neurodivergent.
Runa Begum
About Runa
Runa is a leadership expert, senior coach, group coach and a coach supervisor with over 10 years experience in talent and leadership development in the corporate world. She comes from a multi-faceted professional background spanning across a range of sectors; including people development in the NHS, public policy in the government sector, social justice in the community sector, and personal development in the wellbeing sector, equipping her with a wealth of awareness and systems knowledge that is well-rounded from the ground-up as well as top-down.
Trained in a variety of psychometric and personality testing tools, her passion for unlocking the human potential has led her to expand her expertise in mindfulness and wisdom practices as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches. With this she runs her own therapy practice supporting people to overcome trauma, conditioning and personal limitations, adding a further dimension to drawing meaningful connections from all areas of life.
Sam Greenwood

Sam is a trainer, business coach and Leadership consultant, who helps his clients increase their confidence in who they are and what they do. He does this through a focus on awareness raising, building on individual strengths and focusing on personal resilience. His coaching style is supportive and safe, but aims to challenge clients by helping them view themselves and their world differently.
Sam spent most of his career in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial leadership and coaching roles. He currently works as a trainer and coach with a range of clients, both in the UK and internationally.
Sam works full time as a trainer and coach and runs his own coaching and leadership company that he started at the beginning of 2022. He has experience working with individuals from the Charity, Education, Pharmaceutical & Health sector and has been working as a coach since 2016.
Sue Sharp

With over 10 years’ coaching for Genius Within, Sue happily coaches any neurominority client, and her core experience is working with clients who have dyslexia, stress and anxiety. Sue also has strong experience in management development and executive coaching within businesses, and life coaching in her private practice.
Sue’s coaching approach is strengths based and person centred, believing that we all have unique talents to share. Her coaching is a mix of helping clients to discover solutions that are bespoke and perfect for them, and sharing ideas, models and concepts that may be of value to her clients.
Thomas Imfeld
About Thomas
Thomas has a curious and humble mindset and approach to coaching. He supports neurominority clients in clarification processes and supporting client’s problem solving. His focus areas include managing change in the workplace and beyond, navigating office politics and work cultures, career transitions and career progression.
Thomas draws upon international work experience as a leader working with diverse industries and with teams. Made by dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia, Thomas has lived experience with neurodivergent strengths and challenges. Emphasising positive psychology and a strength’s-based approach, Thomas’ clients enjoy the feelings that come from evolving their thinking, making decisions and obtaining beneficial results for themselves.
