Christoffer has built his career in helping people from all walks of life discover, understand and implement best practice changes. He is a coach, facilitator and musician with over 20 years experience in both personal development and group coaching.

As an experienced accredited coach and NLP Practitioner, Claire is passionate about enabling people to be their best and achieve their full potential. Creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and challenges and enabling them to find the answers. She uses a strengths-based approach empowering clients to create their own personalised strategies.

David Rendle
About David
David is a qualified executive coach, and he had a long career in secondary teaching and subsequently in teacher training and school improvement.
David has coached with Genius Within for three years. He has his own coaching business and has coached teachers and other professionals, and he delivers academic coaching to younger students.
David has had a long experience of supporting neurodivergent students through his teaching and he has enhanced these skills and awareness through his coach training and subsequent CPD. His approach is caring and empathetic and he aims to provide his clients with a balance of support and challenge.

Dr. Jane Freeman-Hunt
About Dr. Jane
Jane’s passion is to help people achieve their full potential. This combined with her real-life and academic knowledge along with shared experience meld together to form a cohesive offering which benefits all her clients.
Her credibility is borne from my career experience and knowledge. She hasn’t always coached. She spent many years in the IT industry working her way up from IT support to Director positions. Her recent academic knowledge has combined this career knowledge with a psychology degree, and coaching qualifications culminating in a doctorate researching the coaching of IT professionals. She also has 1000s of hours of coaching experience, much of which is working with neurodiverse clients.

Elisabeth Goodman
About Elisabeth
Elisabeth works with managers and individual team members in Life Science and other companies, large and small, to help them exercise choice and realise their potential in the workplace.
She and her clients work across three levels of awareness: what’s important to them, how they interact with others, and how they go about their work.
Her advocacy for Neurodiversity comes from her personal and family experience of autism, and her insights gained from working with neurominorities.
Elisabeth’s flexes her calm and reflective approach and the coaching tools she uses to match her clients’ learning styles and the topics they want to explore.

Emma Wee
About Emma
Emma comes to us from the design world and has a creative approach to working with clients, tapping into new ways of working that are specific and flexible to the needs of the individual. She champions the resilience and self-reliance that understanding one’s own neurodiversity can bring an individual, and has seen many clients find a new sense of purpose by being able to embrace fully who they are, rather than being defined by a label.

Gudrun Stolzenburg
About Gudrun
Gudrun is passionate about helping clients finding their own unique ways to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, both on an individual basis as well as in groups. She loves Clean Language because the deep respect it affords clients and for the amazing solutions they come up with when they are enabled to.
Gudrun’s calm approach to coaching and her sense of humour make it easy to work with her and relax into the sessions.

Helen Barnes

Helen is a skilled and compassionate coach, coach supervisor and occupational therapist whose work is grounded in academic rigour and experience from working with a diverse range of clients. She has a deep curiosity and intuition about people and believes that a client’s narrative is the best way of getting to know them; where they are in the context of their lives and where they might be thinking about going.
