Our experienced team includes accredited, highly skilled psychologists specialising in the field of neurodiversity and occupational psychology, and ILM level 5 qualified employment coaches. All of whom bring expertise and experience in engaging with neurodiverse individuals at work, with many of them having lived experience of being a neurominority or supporting neurominority relatives.
At Genius Within, we take guidance from the core standards set by the British Psychological Society (BPS), and our team members are registered with professional bodies including The Health & Care Professions Council, International Coaching Federation, and the International Society for Coaching Psychology.

Jess Sollom, BSc (Hons), MSc
Head of Delivery
About Jess
Jess holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology and Child Development, MSc Applied Research in Psychology, MSc Organisational Psychology and ILM 7 certificate in Leadership and Management. Her current role is the Occupational Delivery Team Leader and Business Psychologist for Genius Within. Previous work experience includes Case Manager, Coach and Assistant Psychologist all working within the Employability sector, supporting neurodivergent individuals to maximise their strengths, and overcome their challenges.
Additionally, Jess has previously worked with neurodivergent adolescents within the education system and has held various voluntary roles which relate to inclusion, such as being a D&I governor for a higher education establishment and an Independent Parent Supporter for parents of children with Special Educational Needs.

About Kate
Kate is Head of Business Development at Genius Within CIC. Kate has worked at Genius Within for 7 years in various roles including Case Manager and Coach, as well as in Leadership roles working within Social Justice to support neurodivergent individuals to maximise their strengths and overcome their challenges. More recently she has been supporting organisations to become neuro-inclusive and enabling neurodivergent people to thrive in the workplace.

Mo is part of the Sales and Client Services Team; he is one of the team leaders and his role is diverse. Overall, he supports the SCST team to generate new sales, ideas and practices, so the team can develop into the best version of themselves.

About Neil
Neil is a member of the Genius Within Board (Non Exec) and former co-chair. He supports the Senior Leadership Team with advice and governance and lends his experience outside of Genius Within to help the organisation to grow and thrive. Neil has 24 years of experience working in the field of Accessibility, Neurodiversity and Assistive Technology and loves working with Genius Within as the organisation really lives to its values. He joined the board as he could see the great impact that Genius Within was having on the life and career prospects of Neurodivergent people. Neil is excited by the huge potential of tools like Genius Finder to really help individuals and employers excel.

Paul Stevenson
Genius Within Ambassador
About Paul
Paul is currently working as an Ambassador for Genius Within. Initially, Paul was a social media team member, participating in Zoom meetings and engaging with various online platforms. As time went on, he transitioned into the role of a photographer, capturing images at conferences and events. However, his responsibilities have since expanded, and he now engages in public speaking in the United Kingdom and internationally. Paul’s presentations draw from his personal experiences of living with Tourette Syndrome and co-occurring conditions. This unique perspective allows him to share valuable insights and connect with diverse audiences. Additionally, Paul’s position enables him to collaborate with Tourette associations worldwide and contribute to the research efforts at Nottingham University. For Paul, it is truly rewarding to be part of an organisation that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives.
