About Miranda
Miranda has been a Clinical Psychologist for the last 30 years. She can deal with all mental health issues as part of her qualification. This includes Major Depression, Bipolar Mood Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She is particularly interested in helping people with addictions (alcohol and other substances). She also enjoys doing marital therapy as well as family therapy. Her approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and grounded in psychological science.
Miranda also started working for Genius Within as a Life Coach in January this year, dealing with clients who experience workplace difficulties due to ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and other disorders under the Neurodiverse umbrella. She previously worked in the EAP field and is au fait with dealing with clients and managers in the workplace. She aims to assist clients to function optimally in the workplace and in general, everyday life.

Peter has an impressive 30 years of extensive experience in IT Sales, Marketing, and Management, which has allowed him to cultivate a robust skill set in the technology industry. His expertise extends to leadership and development, as he underwent training under the prestigious Hewlett Packard LEAD program, achieving UK Director level proficiency. Additionally, Peter holds a degree in Law from Christ Church, Oxford University, further augmenting his versatile background.
Since 2006, he has found great success as an independent business coach, catering to esteemed clients at the Board level, including prominent companies like Symantec, Epson, and Canon. Peter’s coaching approach is refined, as he received training from Marian Way, the author of Clean Approaches for Coaches, in Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling, and Clean Space techniques.

Priya is an accredited executive coach (Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation) with 30 plus years of global corporate leadership experience which spans 4 different industries (Airlines, Telecommunications, Utilities and Healthcare) and 84 countries. Priya is passionate about people development, customer experience and transformation and has worked at director and board level and sponsored organisational culture change, particularly around inclusion and diversity.
Priya’s coaching approach is eclectic, creative, and humanistic, focussed on the individual in front of her. She believes in continuous development and am continuing her academic journey with a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural change, followed by doctoral research.
