Rebecca Daniel is an experienced coach, coach supervisor and trainer with over 12 years of experience in the education sector and extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
She specialises in empowering clients through tailored coaching that enhances wellbeing, confidence, resilience and communication. Rebecca works with leaders, executives, and individuals within a range of sectors helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. As an accredited coach (ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner) and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, she uses a blend of positive psychology, NLP, and neuroscience to evoke awareness and facilitate meaningful change. Rebecca also holds an associate board member position for the ICF UK chapter.

With a background in Psychology (B.A Hons), Rukshana has a passion for supporting individuals, teams and organisations to understand and build awareness around their own or colleagues neurodiversity.
Rukshana is fortunate enough to work with neurodivergent individuals to support them, help managers and individuals to understand each other better through co-coaching as well as raise awareness across organisations and diverse industries spanning both the private and public sectors. Rukshana is extremely fortunate to work on some projects for CJS, our Criminal Justice System, supporting ex-custodial clients who are neurodivergent.

Runa is a leadership expert, senior coach, group coach and a coach supervisor with over 10 years experience in talent and leadership development in the corporate world. She comes from a multi-faceted professional background spanning across a range of sectors; including people development in the NHS, public policy in the government sector, social justice in the community sector, and personal development in the wellbeing sector, equipping her with a wealth of awareness and systems knowledge that is well-rounded from the ground-up as well as top-down.
Trained in a variety of psychometric and personality testing tools, her passion for unlocking the human potential has led her to expand her expertise in mindfulness and wisdom practices as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches. With this she runs her own therapy practice supporting people to overcome trauma, conditioning and personal limitations, adding a further dimension to drawing meaningful connections from all areas of life.

Sean Manning
About Sean
Sean’s career previous to coaching was in finance and accountancy, where he gained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Accounting. However, in 2016 Sean experienced a hemorrhagic stroke which paralysed his left side. He realised he would need to work differently and, following his own recovery, became a mentor to fellow traumatic brain injury patients. This ignited a love for coaching, which he has followed by building on his lived experience and by obtaining professional training.

With over 10 years’ coaching for Genius Within, Sue happily coaches any neurominority client, and her core experience is working with clients who have dyslexia, stress and anxiety. Sue also has strong experience in management development and executive coaching within businesses, and life coaching in her private practice.
Sue’s coaching approach is strengths based and person centred, believing that we all have unique talents to share. Her coaching is a mix of helping clients to discover solutions that are bespoke and perfect for them, and sharing ideas, models and concepts that may be of value to her clients.

Specialising in neurodiversity coaching, she has supported over 1,000 neurodivergent individuals through a holistic and transformative approach. Tamzin’s flexible coaching empowers clients to unlock their potential while addressing challenges practically and compassionately.
Trained in Suicide First Aid, she brings a deep understanding of mental health to her work. Tamzin collaborates with leaders, teams, and individuals to foster inclusive environments that promote growth and resilience.
Thomas Imfeld
About Thomas
Thomas has a curious and humble mindset and approach to coaching. He supports neurominority clients in clarification processes and supporting client’s problem solving. His focus areas include managing change in the workplace and beyond, navigating office politics and work cultures, career transitions and career progression.
Thomas draws upon international work experience as a leader working with diverse industries and with teams. Made by dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia, Thomas has lived experience with neurodivergent strengths and challenges. Emphasising positive psychology and a strength’s-based approach, Thomas’ clients enjoy the feelings that come from evolving their thinking, making decisions and obtaining beneficial results for themselves.

Wesley has a background in business, higher education, mental health, and substance use work. While working as a career coach at a land grant university in the U.S., Wesley co-created and led a career-focused program for autistic students, led 3 statewide career summits for autistic students, and served on planning committees for state-government programs offering paid internships for autistic college students. Wesley is a trained coach, a licensed clinical mental health counselor, a licensed clinical addictions specialist, and a Ph.D. candidate at NC State University in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development with a concentration in Counseling and Counselor Education.
