About Aleigh
Aleigh offers a professional background in Human Resource Management, specialising in workplace coaching, neurodiversity and mental well-being. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and an IAPC&M Accredited Practitioner Coach, with over 2500 hours of coaching practice. She completed her Ph.D. at Plymouth University exploring the impact of workplace coaching on mental wellbeing.
She has been an Associate of Genius Within since 2015 and during this time has enjoyed working with a variety of people to develop a greater awareness and appreciation of neurodiversity, enabling them to recognise and play to their strengths so that they flourish and thrive in their working lives. Alongside her coaching practice, she is a Programme Director and Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter where she manages the delivery of the MSc Human Resource Management Online and Apprenticeship Programmes.

Bringing 20 plus years of expertise across corporate, creative, and third sectors, her integrative approach combines evidence-based coaching with psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With an MSc Distinction in Integrative Coaching and Counselling, Angie is fully accredited across executive coaching, BPS supervision, BACP psychotherapeutic counselling, BDA workplace needs assessment, and TalentPredix™ strengths profiling. An experienced speaker across the media and health sectors, she has sat on corporate panels, delivered NHS regional events for 150+ attendees, and leads train-the-trainer initiatives.

Bev has been coaching since 2014 and has been a Neurodivergent Workplace Coach since 2019. Bev has specific experience working with people with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, depression and anxiety. Bev also has experience working with people through cognitive challenges with ME, early onset Stroke and the menopause.
Bev’s coaching approach integrates therapeutic and psycho-educational principles, with a strengths focus and combining compassion with gentle challenge to create an environment for authentic growth. Bev helps you to really understand yourself and how your brain is impacting on your feelings and behaviours and help you translate this understanding into strategies to support your wellbeing and productivity.

Charlotte is an Associate Coach who draws on extensive knowledge of a range of coaching approaches, alongside many years of experience in teaching, training and learning. She uses this experience to connect with the people she coaches in a way that feels comfortable, supportive and reassuring.
Charlotte’s coaching practice includes working with clients with a diverse range of requirements and experiences, including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, ME, MS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and mental health challenges. She has also supported clients through their personal journeys of aligning their gender identity with their outward expression.

Hirra is a neurodiversity coach who supports individuals to better understand how they work, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that help them thrive both at work and in everyday life. Her coaching approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a safe space for clients to explore challenges, identify solutions, and achieve meaningful goals.
She works with a wide range of neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and anxiety-related challenges. With over 20 years’ experience as a qualified teacher and having lived and worked in 11 countries across three continents, Jasmine brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse individuals and environments.
Jasmine takes a strengths-based, client-centred approach, using powerful questioning, coaching methodologies, and visualisation to help clients gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change. She comes from a multi-faceted professional background spanning across a range of sectors; including people development in the NHS, public policy in the government sector, social justice in the community sector, and personal development in the wellbeing sector, equipping her with a wealth of awareness and systems knowledge that is well-rounded from the ground-up as well as top-down.
Trained in a variety of psychometric and personality testing tools, her passion for unlocking the human potential has led her to expand her expertise in mindfulness and wisdom practices as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches.
