Jasmine Navarro
Jasmine is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with six years of coaching experience, supporting teenagers and adults to develop confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and self-belief. With over 20 years’ experience as a qualified teacher and having lived and worked in 11 countries across three continents, Jasmine brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse individuals and environments.
Jasmine takes a strengths-based, client-centred approach, using powerful questioning, coaching methodologies, and visualisation to help clients gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change. She has particular experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and has developed and delivered wellbeing, resilience, confidence, and neurodiversity programmes for schools, organisations, and employees.
Jasmine is motivated by her belief that no one should have to struggle or suffer in silence, especially when navigating a world that does not always recognise or understand neurodiverse needs. Through her own experiences and her work supporting neurodiverse individuals, she is passionate about helping people understand their strengths, build confidence, and feel valued, accepted, and empowered to create a life that works for them.
Jasmine previously worked as a qualified teacher and education leader in international schools, where she designed and delivered engaging learning programmes, supported student wellbeing, and helped young people develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to succeed.
When working at her best, Jasmine is a warm, intuitive, curious, and determined presence who helps people feel seen, understood, and empowered. She brings energy, creativity, and compassion to her work, while staying focused on helping individuals find clarity, recognise their strengths, and move forward with confidence.
Jasmine is also happy to deliver interactive workshops alongside one-to-one coaching sessions. With extensive experience teaching across primary, secondary, and adult education, as well as designing and delivering coaching workshops for companies focused on employee wellbeing and leadership development, I enjoy creating engaging learning experiences that inspire reflection, growth, and practical change.
