Nikki Culverwell

Nikki supports leaders to build resilience, confidence, and clarity in high-pressure environments.

Nikki is a Senior EMCC Accredited Positive Psychology Coach and Consultant, working across sectors including manufacturing, engineering, education, health, and the charity sector. With over 20 years’ experience in these environments – including large-scale transformation projects – and 11 years as a coach, she specialises in resilience and wellbeing in the workplace. Nikki holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing overwhelm, pressure, and change. She supports leaders working in high-pressure roles to build resilience, clarity, and a greater sense of calm, enabling more sustainable ways of working and leading.

She works with individuals, managers, leaders, and executives to build confidence, clarity, and sustainable performance, helping them navigate challenges in a way that feels both practical and achievable. Her coaching approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing on positive psychology, solution-focused coaching, and strengths-based methods.

Experience

Nikki creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges openly while working towards meaningful outcomes. She has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals within the workplace and brings a strong personal connection to this work through her lived experience with family members and close connections with dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD.

She is committed to ongoing professional and personal development and is currently working towards her long-term goal of becoming a Coaching Psychologist.

Nikki was a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach specialising in resilience, leadership development, and organisational transformation across manufacturing, engineering, education, health, and charity sectors.

Nikki’s motivation comes from both her professional experience and personal connection, having seen how neurodivergent individuals can struggle in traditional environments, and wanting to help them feel understood, confident, and able to succeed in a way that works for them.

When Nikki is at her best, she feels like a fully charged battery — energised, present, and bringing a calm, positive energy into the space. She is able to listen deeply, tune into what’s really being said, and support clients to move forward with clarity and confidence.
