Runa is a leadership expert, senior coach, group coach and a coach supervisor with over 10 years experience in talent and leadership development in the corporate world. She comes from a multi-faceted professional background spanning across a range of sectors; including people development in the NHS, public policy in the government sector, social justice in the community sector, and personal development in the wellbeing sector, equipping her with a wealth of awareness and systems knowledge that is well-rounded from the ground-up as well as top-down.
Trained in a variety of psychometric and personality testing tools, her passion for unlocking the human potential has led her to expand her expertise in mindfulness and wisdom practices as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches. Sarah thrives on helping others to overcome problems so they can succeed, particularly neurodivergent individuals and those with chronic health issues, as she has personal experience in both these areas. She decided to train as a coach after having coaching herself, which helped her to achieve things she’d thought were impossible. Her coaching style is firmly embedded in an evidence-based approach (she gives a serious side-eye to “positive vibes only” messages) as well as a lot of humour.
Sarah has a rich and varied career history, including work across the Tech, Healthcare, and Education sectors. Having had a “later in life” diagnosis of ADHD herself, she is
particularly keen to support recently diagnosed adults and those exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent.

With extensive experience of working with neurominorities, and in the fields of mental health and social isolation. Sarah has a particular interest in supporting and enabling those most vulnerable to make the most of their abilities by understanding their unique qualities and strengths. She is highly adaptable and experienced in working in a variety of environments and applying various styles to best meet the needs of my clients. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach for Sarah.

Simon, who is dyspraxic himself, coaches in order to help people get on in life. He enjoys helping people view their situations from different perspectives, breaking things down and finding strategies that will work for them. Coaching is often situational and Simon makes good use of reflective techniques that can be deployed in the future.
Having started out in career coaching, which Simon still loves, he is always keen to help people navigate the barriers that stop them progressing in the way they would like. Taking a person-centred approach he also enjoys helping people rediscover joy in what they do and moving away from problems or barriers that have confront them.

Stephanie is an ICF-accredited Master Certified Coach, specialising in autism and ADHD. As a trained trauma-responsive, neurodiversity-strategy coach, Stephanie supports clients in increasing self-awareness, understanding and confidence while also creating practical strategies to move forward.
Being autistic and dyspraxic, Stephanie draws on both personal experience and expertise to create a safe, supportive, conversational coaching space. She employs evidence-based coaching frameworks and neuroscience insights to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Steve’s approach to coaching is client-focused i.e., start where the client is; identify needs and offer suitable strategies. It gives him a buzz when he sees people making strides to tackle their issues. He encourages a positive approach, recognising you can’t control others, but you can control your own responses to situations.
Steve has over 6 years coaching experience with Genius Within, and over 20 years senior management experience at 3 different colleges, so he brings extensive experience of working with people at all levels of an organisation. He also has significant teaching experience so enjoys working with groups.

Sue also has strong experience in management development and executive coaching within businesses, and life coaching in her private practice.
Sue’s coaching approach is strengths based and person centred, believing that we all have unique talents to share. Her coaching is a mix of helping clients to discover solutions that are bespoke and perfect for them, and sharing ideas, models and concepts that may be of value to her clients.

Tamzin’s flexible coaching empowers clients to unlock their potential while addressing challenges practically and compassionately.
Trained in Suicide First Aid, she brings a deep understanding of mental health to her work. Tamzin collaborates with leaders, teams, and individuals to foster inclusive environments that promote growth and resilience.

Theresa has had a varied background in education and in running her own business and has experienced many of the highs and lows that life can bring. Being able to draw on her strengths and reframe her thinking has enabled her to thrive during difficult circumstances. Now, being able to bring that experience to coach others to do the same, is what she loves to do.
Theresa particularly enjoys bringing the fun into coaching, especially using nature and Lego. After all, it’s easier to thrive and flourish when we enjoy what we do and are having fun.

His focus areas include managing change in the workplace and beyond, navigating office politics and work cultures, career transitions and career progression.
Thomas draws upon international work experience as a leader working with diverse industries and with teams. Made by dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia, Thomas has lived experience with neurodivergent strengths and challenges. Emphasising positive psychology and a strength’s-based approach, Thomas’ clients enjoy the feelings that come from evolving their thinking, making decisions and obtaining beneficial results for themselves.
