Gwyn is professional Executive Coach & Coach Supervisor. He has considerable experience in Executive & Leadership Coaching in support of enhancing individual, team and organisational performance as well as being a practicing leadership trainer, mentor and management consultant.
He is passionate about people and believes that valuing each person’s uniqueness is fundamental to improving their individual and leadership performance and that coaching is a key tool in enabling people to be the very best they can be.
Gwyn has a particular interest in working with people, who would like to improve their personal leadership performance effectiveness, gain clear purpose in their life aspirations, and develop their self-confidence and self–esteem.
Gwyn is an ILM Level 7 Diploma qualified professional Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor and ILM Level 7 Certificate qualified practising Coach Supervisor.
Gwyn is a qualified professional trainer, holding a Master Diploma in Training & Development, and has designed, developed and delivered many strategic/senior level cross-sector leadership and coaching practice learning programmes for a variety of organisations within different sectors.
Gwyn has a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Leadership and Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) with whom he also holds the Chartered Consultant (ChMC) and Chartered Manager (CMgr) Awards.
Gwyn is a full member of the Association of Coach Supervisors (ACoS), a full member of the Association of Coaching (AC) and ‘Professional’ level member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and works to their respective Codes of Professional Coaching Practice.
Gwyn is a Licensed Motivational Maps Practitioner and accredited Map Coach. Gwyn is also an accredited (British Psychological Society) Facet 5, Team-Scape and Conversational Skills Practitioner.
Gwyn has extensive and significant operational, senior, and strategic leadership experience across the public, private, voluntary, health, social care, neuro-diverse and educational communities. He has extensive experience in Leadership Development, Executive and Life Coaching in support of enhancing individual, team, and organisational performance both within the UK and overseas. This means that he is well placed within his coaching to support people in executive and senior positions, grappling with complex, strategic change and improvement issues.
