Our experienced team includes accredited, highly skilled psychologists specialising in the field of neurodiversity and occupational psychology, and ILM level 5 qualified employment coaches. All of whom bring expertise and experience in engaging with neurodiverse individuals at work, with many of them having lived experience of being a neurominority or supporting neurominority relatives.
At Genius Within, we take guidance from the core standards set by the British Psychological Society (BPS), and our team members are registered with professional bodies including The Health & Care Professions Council, International Coaching Federation, and the International Society for Coaching Psychology.

Sales and Client Services Team Leader
About Sue
Sue is the Team Leader for the Sales and Client Service Team; the inner cog of Genius Within, that keeps turning and moving constantly, processing orders, allocating work to our associates, and is the first port of call for our clients and customers.
Sue joined Genius Within 2018 and previously worked in engineering and manufacturing environments. She has experience in sales account management. procurement, marketing, and administration with a great eye for detail and coming up with solutions to improve a system or process.

About Zoe
Zoe is an Employability Team Leader and coach. She generally specialises in working with pre-employed adults who are needing support with finding strategies that can help them to improve in challenging areas that they may find in the workplace. The thing she enjoys the most in this role is helping people to find their get light bulb moments about their own ability and talent, the joy of gaining confidence and faith in their own abilities.
