Farah Fairweather MSc
Farah Fairweather is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, facilitator and coach. As a strong expert in the fields of assessment and development, she has held a number of senior HR, talent, leadership, and diversity and inclusion roles across a range of industries.
Farah’s grounded and practical approach is based on a strong foundation of 20 years assessment and development experience. She is naturally creative, collaborative, insightful, warm and client centred. She uses a range of psychometric diagnostics, tools and techniques to support and develop neurodiverse adults and is passionate about helping every client reach their potential both at work and for future career progression.
My expertise:
Prior to training as a psychologist Farah worked in the secondary education sector as a teacher. She is bilingual in both Punjabi and English. She holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cranfield University College; is a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council, and is listed on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use.
Farah is currently completing Expert Witness Training Certification at Cardiff University and currently acts as an Expert Witness for both family and criminal court proceedings.
