About Alyson
As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and coach, Alyson has delivered hundreds of diagnostic and workplace needs assessments for neurominority clients and delivered specialist neurodiversity coaching in organisations across several FTSE 100 Companies.
Alyson has over 20 years’ experience working in DWP supporting clients with complex health conditions or disabilities back to work. In her role as Senior Work Psychologist for DWP she led an internal consultancy team to deliver projects such as developing and delivering training in effective interview and coaching practice for neurominority and disabled clients.

About Angie
Angie has an MSc and is an accredited Executive Coach and Trainer. She is skilled at helping others overcome unhelpful thinking that may be blocking their progress by focusing on their strengths to make sustainable change. She is described by clients as warm, empathetic and positive.
Angie has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Paris and London and says this has been invaluable in providing insight into multi-faceted business and diverse environments. Angie believes this experience has taught her the power of thinking differently and how much we have to learn from one another.

Ava Doski

About Ava
Ava is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS, Local Authority and private sector. She has extensive experience working with neurodiverse/neurodivergent children and adults, providing psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention that is guided by the individual’s needs.
As the Customer Experience Manager at Genius Within, Ava works between the Psychology and Client Services teams to ensure that all clients received an excellent service.

Charlie Eckton MSc (Occ. Psychology)

About Charlie
Charlie Eckton is an independent Business Psychologist and senior consultant with Genius Within. She helps organisations develop neurodiversity awareness, create systemic inclusion and manage the work environment through the process of universal design so that neurominority individuals can excel.
Charlie also diagnoses neurominority conditions such as Autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and offers support and guidance so individuals can harness their strengths whilst developing strategies to manage their weaker areas. She also has lived experience, having had a late diagnosis of ADHD.

Elizabeth is a Chartered Psychologist, passionate about promoting wellbeing and talent in the workplace. She provides neurodiversity diagnostic and workplace needs assessments and coaching, supporting clients with care and empathy to gain insight, leverage strengths and develop strategies to help with challenges.
Elizabeth’s consulting experience spans two decades, both in the U.K. and Middle East and includes leading assessment, talent management and leadership development programmes for public sector, FTSE 100 and global organisations. In Elizabeth’s role setting up a People Assessment Centre of Expertise in Corporate HR, she led the implementation of group-wide people assessment strategy and governance.

Georgina is an Occupational Psychologist with seventeen years’ experience in the private, public and third sectors applying psychological principles and practice to assessment and selection, disability and employment, and policy making in the health and wellbeing at work arena.
Georgina is experienced in supporting neurodiverse/neurodivergent students and employees through cognitive and needs assessments and delivering training and workshops at the group level. Gill has over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in both retail and financial services sectors. She was previously Head of HR for the Finance, Property and Legal functions in Marks and Spencer and has had a successful HR consultancy career.
Gill has extensive experience in learning and development programmes, competency framework design, assessment and selection, and coaching for neurominorities. She is a results-orientated generalist with extensive client facing experience and excellent influencing and relationship-building skills. Irina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Assessor and Coach. Irina brings many years of extensive experience in the delivery of diagnostic and workplace needs assessments across a variety of sectors and industries. She works with neurominorities in employment and education, aiming to provide an approach that is ethical, evidence-based and solution-focused.
Irina shares a commitment to raising awareness about neurominorities and facilitating change that is positive and inclusive. She provides informed support and guidance to senior management, HR, and education specialists in order to enable neurodivergent potential.

Jacqui is a specialist neurodiversity coach and a member of the assessment team at Genius Within. She has a background in senior leadership in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors where she led and developed teams and drove organisational development initiatives.
Jacqui has a fluid approach to her coaching, working in partnership with her clients to help them to achieve their goals. She loves helping people to uncover and make the best use of their strengths, talents and potential, whatever stage of life they may be at.

About Jess
Jess has completed a BSc (Hons) is Psychology and Child development and an MSc in Applied Research (Psychology). She has an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and is currently studying towards a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
In additional to her Team Leader role, Jess works as an Assistant Psychologist with long term unemployed Neurodivergent individuals to identify their barriers to work and provide intensive support with the aim of moving them closer to employment. With focus on building their confidence, managing disability and health concerns and improving their overall wellbeing and mental health.
Jess also volunteers as an Independent Parental Support Worker providing support for parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

About Karen
With over 20 years experience of preparing return to work plans and completing cognitive based assessments, Karen is equipped to provide coaching, vocational guidance and vocational case management. Typical client groups include neurominorities and individuals with complex injuries (with a specialism in vocational rehabilitation for acquired brain injury). Karen also regularly trains line managers and presents these topics at conferences.
Karen is, Chartered by the British Psychological Society, HCPC registered, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Co-convenor of the Division of Occupational Psychology Health and Wellbeing Group and committee member for the BPS North-West Branch.

Marjorie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an associate assessor and coach. Her interest in people attracted her to change management and project management during her early career. She found people often found organisational change inhibited creativity and collaboration. This led her to study for her MSc. Occupational Psychology and she now uses her expertise with clients in the private, public and charity sectors.

Natalie Miller

Natalie is a Registered and Chartered Organisational Psychologist, an associate assessor and coach. Her work is focused on enhancing individual growth, promoting effective communications and boosting resilience. She uses reliable psychological assessment methods and psychometric-based interviews to highlight talent, and conducts cognitive testing to identify neurodiverse/divergent conditions including Dyslexia.
She offers leadership coaching at all levels, especially for staff who are stepping into uncharted areas of managing other people and strategic planning; a situation very much prevalent within the information technology and engineering sectors.

About Terry
Terry is an assessor and coach, specialising in neurodiversity and employability. He has experience in administering diagnostic and needs assessments, with both adults and children. Since completing his MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2016, he has worked with a range of clients, including employed, unemployed, inmates, and students in higher education and in school.
He also facilitates awareness training, group workshops, and career, wellbeing and workplace strategy coaching. He has a demonstrated background working with neurominority clients, with a particular interest in Autism.

Victoria has 19 years’ experience applying psychological principles within the vocational rehabilitation, workplace wellbeing, and disability and employment arena.
She is highly experienced in supporting neurominority employees and students through both cognitive and workplace needs assessments. She also has specialist experience in the assessment and case management of return to work and job retention support for those with acquired neurodiversity arising from injury or illness, including acquired brain injury and cancer.
Victoria has several years’ experience working as an expert witness on matters relating to disability, health, and employment and has supported hundreds of individuals to identify careers that match their strengths, return to work, and work at their best.
