Charlie Eckton MSc (Occ. Psychology)

Charlie is a Business Psychologist who specialises in diversity and inclusion. Her experience covers all aspects of learning and development, including executive coaching and talent development of senior staff. Charlie has expertise in supporting neurominorities through diagnostic and workplace needs assessments and supporting them to be at their best. She also works with organisations to enable systemic inclusion by identifying and removing unconscious bias in their systems and processes.

Charlie is also Director of Development at the Chrysalis Programme, a world-class leadership and personal effectiveness programme that has been used in a variety of settings from schools to prisons.
