About Aishwarya
Aishwarya is an experienced career coach and mental health consultant, working across the UK, US, and India. Their coaching practice has focused on working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals looking for workplace and career support. As a Workplace Strategy Coach at Genius Within, they aim to continue providing coaching support to neurodivergent individuals and look forward to engaging with the diverse community of coaches who bring their depth of practice to this space. They aim for coaching to be a space of learning and support where they will work together with you to co-create structure and facilitating strategies. Their approach to coaching is thus flexible, as well as a dynamic and reflective space for clients to grow.
Aishwarya is also pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London with a focus on ADHD careers. They have a background in research and practice with communities, culture, identity, and mental health. Their previous experience has included work with organisations to conduct mental health research for educational, tech, and social justice spaces.

Professionally Ben has experience coaching and mentoring individuals with a diverse variety and combination of neuro diverse, neurological and mental health conditions, ranging from ADHD, ASC, OCD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, MS, Acquired Brain Injuries, Stroke, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Trauma, PTSD, burnout, rust-out. Personally, has lived experience of navigating life and the workplace with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Cerebral Palsy.

Bex helps neurodivergents and chronically ill people to conquer stress, burn out, overwhelm and disorganisation so that they can get back to being in control of their lives. Harnessing the power of nature, Bex nurtures clients back to thriving!
Bex supports those with neurodiversity, chronic fatigue and chronic pain to have a better quality of life. They are also LGBTQIA+ and coach people who struggles with their identity are affecting their health, energy levels and zest for life!
Christoffer DeGraal
About Christoffer
Christoffer has built his career in helping people from all walks of life discover, understand and implement best practice changes. He is a coach, facilitator and musician with over 20 years experience in both personal development and group coaching, with qualifications in relational dynamics coaching.
Christoffer has experience in banking, professional services, defence, education, NHS and homelessness. Christoffer has lived experience of neurodivergence, managing long covid and supporting those seeking to destigmatise mental health. Christoffer has long been a proponent of the social model of disability, from his days creating art projects as a form of inclusive activism, touring Europe and South America. Christoffer uses creative tools to facilitate coaching conversations, as well as technology.
Christoffer believes we can all work at our best, but it sometimes requires a mind-set shift and strategies that are a close match with how we think. He also believes we need to be able to navigate and discuss the often unspoken limiting rules, behaviours and environment we may face in today’s workplace. When Christoffer is coaching at his best, he is like a terrier, friendly but rigorous about making sure people know what they are doing and why they are doing it, checking and tweaking to make sure that outcomes are making a difference.

Gemma takes a strength based and person-centred approach to coaching. With expertise in neurodiversity and emotional wellbeing Gemma draws upon evidence-informed approaches including trauma informed practice and theories of change.
With a sensitive and creative style, Gemma also bringing humour and lightness to coaching sessions. Clients may leave feeling calmer and more clear thinking about how to progress with their goals.
Gemma has a background in social work and academia. Previous roles include lecturer, researcher, social worker, and substance misuse practitioner.
Gwen Tietze
About Gwen
Gwen is a coach rooted in the person-centred approach. She starts with where her clients are, adapting to their needs. She challenges and supports them to find creative solutions and build their resourcefulness, to achieve the change and growth they want.
Her work is neurodiversity-inclusive, trauma informed, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
Her professional background is in the creative and cultural sector, third sector, and Higher Education. She is also a qualified integrative counsellor-coach and regularly works therapeutically with autistic clients and those with ADHD.
Gwen’s coaching approach draws on Egan’s Skilled Helper and Kline’s Thinking Environment. She is a particular fan of Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication. Gwen also coaches in German.
Miranda Pretorius
M.A. in Clinical Psychology
About Miranda
Miranda has been a Clinical Psychologist for the last 30 years. She can deal with all mental health issues as part of her qualification. This includes Major Depression, Bipolar Mood Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She is particularly interested in helping people with addictions (alcohol and other substances). She also enjoys doing marital therapy as well as family therapy. Her approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and grounded in psychological science.
Miranda also started working for Genius Within as a Life Coach in January this year, dealing with clients who experience workplace difficulties due to ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and other disorders under the Neurodiverse umbrella. She previously worked in the EAP field and is au fait with dealing with clients and managers in the workplace. She aims to assist clients to function optimally in the workplace and in general, everyday life.
