Julie is a trained professional workplace coach, qualified at Level 7 (post-graduate) with the Institute of Leadership and Management, as well as accredited with the EMCC.
Julie worked in HR, learning and development for over twenty years. Julie has operational experience in hospitality management, the financial and legal sectors.
Julie was drawn to coaching having experienced the benefits for herself personally. Julie was diagnosed in adulthood with ADHD, and has lived experience of a wide range of neurodivergence and neurological disorders in her family. Julie is passionate about promoting well-being work, she delivers mental health first aid training and has a specialism in how neurodivergence affects mental wellbeing.
Julie’s coaching style is compassionate and curious. Her approach is to develop her clients’ self-awareness and progress with them, gently challenging and supporting to try different strategies – some she has tried and tested herself, and others that have been honed from the broad experience she has working with a variety of different people.
