Polly’s approach is led by an individual’s personal values, style and needs, so whatever their preferences, she will shape the coaching in a way that works for them. She draws on a range of coaching techniques and psychological principles to help others gain insights, overcome barriers and move forwards.

Priya is an accredited executive coach (Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation) with 30 plus years of global corporate leadership experience which spans 4 different industries (Airlines, Telecommunications, Utilities and Healthcare) and 84 countries. Priya is passionate about people development, customer experience and transformation and has worked at director and board level and sponsored organisational culture change, particularly around inclusion and diversity.
Priya’s coaching approach is eclectic, creative, and humanistic, focussed on the individual in front of her. She believes in continuous development and am continuing her academic journey with a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural change, followed by doctoral research.

There is often crossover in these areas when clients are feeling overwhelmed and are seeking a way of improving focus and productivity and rediscovering what they enjoy about their working life.
With a background in senior leadership in the voluntary sector and lived experience of neuro diversity, Rachael is passionate about supporting Genius Within clients to identify and use their strengths and develop a range of strategies and tools to take them forward in their future careers.

She works extensively with architects, engineers and others in the property, design and construction sectors which is where she has spent her 30-year career leading teams prior to training as a coach in 2016.

Rachel has ten years and 500+ hours coaching experience, primarily in large and complex public and private sector organisations. Rachel works with a wide range of individuals, from students and early-career potential to senior leaders.
Rachel is positive about the value of neurodivergent thinking and has lived experience of autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and epilepsy.
Rachel is a qualified Executive Coach and currently studying for a PGCert in Autism.
