Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are often a valuable partner for neurodivergent individuals and for HR and DE&I teams. Our eLearning can help ERGs combine the depth of their lived experienced with the breadth of our professional expertise.

Built and delivered to industry standards and available through most leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), small and large organisations can easily flex and scale usage of the courses as and when they need.
Easy to use
The video-based course content has animations and closed captions. It is disability accessible and can be taken at your own speed and time of choosing.
Split into modules lasting 8-12 minutes each, the course is easy to complete. Some providers stretch the content out much longer, but we believe in focussing on what matters most – helping participants better understand and retain the key information.
Short quiz sections help embed learning along the way.

Our eLearning courses are available for individuals to buy and take. They do not have to be provided by organisations (your employer).
You might be a neurodivergent individual yourself, or keen to know more about working with colleagues. Perhaps you are managing neurodivergent team members.
Individuals can buy and take the courses either as Self-funded or via Access to work.
