Neurodiversity Awareness for the Workplace

Inclusion starts with awareness and acceptance.

This program helps people understand more about the strengths and challenges that they and neurodivergent colleagues bring to the workplace.

Through eight modules, our eLearning program will help you understand:

  • Spiky profiles and how cognitive diversity can bring both strengths and challenges
  • The different language terms, what they mean and how they have changed
  • Allyship and supporting your neurodivergent colleagues

Neurodiversity conversations have increased dramatically in the last few years. Colleagues and managers need guidance that sticks to a reasonable framework whilst being supportive of lived experience. We’re all seeking the same goal – team cohesion and individuals meeting their potential – but sometimes the advice is conflicting and hard to implement. Our eLearning training is designed to directly overcome these challenges.

Calling HR Leaders! Level-up your managers to successfully lead teams in a neuroinclusive way.

Managers in particular are in need of support to help them lead teams with neurodivergent individuals. They are often stretched. Time is tight and training budgets are under pressure. We need to do something different. Something manageable and affordable. Clear, straightforward practical advice that makes a lasting impact, but it scalable across a whole organisation.

Stem the worry about knowing what to do (especially when things go wrong) and put in place consistent, high quality and good value training. Built with neurodivergent teams in mind, but providing support to all managers and teams, our Manager eLearning will elevate how your managers develop their communication and effective management styles. The course is underpinned by strong lived experience and backed by data and evidence for best practice. It can be used as stand along program or in combination with other training to embed learning.

Easy to use

The video-based course content has animations and closed captions. It is disability accessible and can be taken at your own speed and time of choosing.

Split into modules lasting 8-12 minutes each, the course is easy to complete.  Some providers stretch the content out much longer, but we believe in focussing on what matters most – helping participants better understand and retain the key information.

Short quiz sections help embed learning along the way.

eLearning for Managers, UK Energy Company

“The neuroinclusion training is very easy to follow with it being broken down into various sections, each one covering a different element of neuroinclusion, this makes it easy to focus on, easy to fit around daily workloads and will be useful to check back in future for any refreshers. Also, the content itself is engaging. I think generally this is a great way forward for us to further improve ourselves as an inclusive employer, create a supportive environment for all and get the best out of our workforce. The training I think will give us as managers a good starting point”
