Occupational Psychologist
Victoria has 19 years’ experience applying psychological principles within the vocational rehabilitation, workplace wellbeing, and disability and employment arena.
She is highly experienced in supporting neurominority employees and students through both cognitive and workplace needs assessments. She also has specialist experience in the assessment and case management of return to work and job retention support for those with acquired neurodiversity arising from injury or illness, including acquired brain injury and cancer.
Victoria has several years’ experience working as an expert witness on matters relating to disability, health, and employment and has supported hundreds of individuals to identify careers that match their strengths, return to work, and work at their best.

Victoria is Chartered by the British Psychological Society and is an HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist. She has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and is listed on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use.
