Gill has over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in both retail and financial services sectors. She was previously Head of HR for the Finance, Property and Legal functions in Marks and Spencer and has had a successful HR consultancy career.
Gill has extensive experience in learning and development programmes, competency framework design, assessment and selection, and coaching for neurominorities. She is a results-orientated generalist with extensive client facing experience and excellent influencing and relationship-building skills. She has built her reputation on her integrity and high standards of delivery.
My expertise:
Gill has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour through Birkbeck College and is a member of the British Psychological Society. She is a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner and is accredited in Level A and B Psychometric testing.
