As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and coach, Alyson has delivered hundreds of diagnostic and workplace needs assessments for neurominority clients and delivered specialist neurodiversity coaching in organisations across several FTSE 100 Companies.

Alyson has over 20 years’ experience working in DWP supporting clients with complex health conditions or disabilities back to work. In her role as Senior Work Psychologist for DWP she led an internal consultancy team to deliver projects such as developing and delivering training in effective interview and coaching practice for neurominority and disabled clients.

My expertise:

Alyson is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). In 2020, she completed her Expert Witness Training Certification through Bond Solon & Cardiff University.
