Zoe Farmer
Zoe is an occupational coach who specialises in ADHD and workplace strategies, and she has recently begun exploring coaching methods to support individuals going through menopause.
As a proud Neurodivergent individual ( ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia), Zoe has first hand experience with unemployment, masking, and living with a chronic illness and menopause. As a single mother in a mixed-race neurodivergent family, she has come to appreciate the importance of advocacy and approaching life with curiosity instead of judgment.
Through coaching, Zoe supports her clients in developing new workplace strategies to help them navigate the workplace. She finds great joy in witnessing them have those “light-bulb” moments, discover their talents, and gain confidence. Through this growth, her clients learn to carry that self-empowerment and advocacy into their roles.
Zoe joined Genius Within as a career coach and case manager in our employability team in 2018. In 2023, she transitioned to specialise in occupational coaching. Before joining Genius Within, Zoe spent many years working in administrative management within corporate settings.
Zoe’s greatest motivation comes from raising awareness about neurodiversity and witnessing her clients’ confidence grow as they discover strategies that embrace their unique individuality.
As a coach, Zoe is like a steady light, helping to create clarity so people can explore their thoughts, understand what barriers are in their way, and find approaches that suit how they navigate around them so they can work at their best.
