Toby Higson
Toby is an ILM Level 7 and PCC accredited Communication Coach who has delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching/training.
Toby is passionate about working with individuals and teams in helping them unblock and move forward.
His approach to coaching is centred on positive psychology and the belief that you have, within you, a huge potential to make changes.
He coaches and writes extensively on what it means to communicate effectively in today’s working environment and in helping people who feel anxious, blocked or different to find ways to move forward in the workplace.
He has coached a diverse range of clients across Europe; including multinationals in manufacturing, logistics, finance, IT and legal sectors, European and governmental institutions (EIB, Luxembourg Chambre de Commerce), and universities. Toby has delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching and training but still gets the same buzz each time!

- Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. (Level 7)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of London. (Level 7-joint highest mark in year group.)
