Her coaching is warm, reflective and practical, with a focus on helping clients understand themselves more deeply and work in ways that feel manageable and authentic. Aleena supports clients to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming and explore how their brain, environment and role interact. Through coaching, she helps individuals recognise their strengths and develop strategies that feel realistic, sustainable and meaningful to them.

Bev has been coaching since 2014 and has been a Neurodivergent Workplace Coach since 2019. Bev has specific experience working with people with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, depression and anxiety. Bev also has experience working with people through cognitive challenges with ME, early onset Stroke and the menopause.
Bev’s coaching approach integrates therapeutic and psycho-educational principles, with a strengths focus and combining compassion with gentle challenge to create an environment for authentic growth. Bev helps you to really understand yourself and how your brain is impacting on your feelings and behaviours and help you translate this understanding into strategies to support your wellbeing and productivity.

Hazal Seyitoglu
About Hazal
Hazal is a Coach with over five years’ experience working with adults, currently completing her ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Her background spans both educational and occupational psychology, including earlier work delivering interventions within social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) school settings.
Hazal specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, as well as those navigating life and career transitions. Her approach focuses on helping clients understand how their minds work, enabling them to build lives and careers that align with and honour their natural strengths.
She has a particular passion for exploring patterns, meaning and identity within coaching. Hazal supports clients to reflect deeply, uncover their unique ways of thinking and connect with what she often describes as their “natural genius.” Her work is holistic, thoughtfully integrating factors such as cultural influences and personal context to provide a richer, more nuanced understanding of each client’s experience.
Known for her curiosity, empathy and reflective style, Hazal creates a coaching space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Her aim is to empower individuals and teams to move forward with clarity and confidence toward outcomes that truly matter to them.

Mandy has coached new staff entering professions, those wishing to transition to middle management and those making the transition to senior management. She has also coached neurodiverse young people and adults, with a whole spectrum of differing abilities, but has the greatest experience with those in the early stages of their careers.

Priya is an accredited executive coach (Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation) with 30 plus years of global corporate leadership experience which spans 4 different industries (Airlines, Telecommunications, Utilities and Healthcare) and 84 countries. Priya is passionate about people development, customer experience and transformation and has worked at director and board level and sponsored organisational culture change, particularly around inclusion and diversity.
Priya’s coaching approach is eclectic, creative, and humanistic, focused on the individual in front of her. She believes in continuous development and am continuing her academic journey with a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural change, followed by doctoral research.

She comes from a multi-faceted professional background spanning across a range of sectors; including people development in the NHS, public policy in the government sector, social justice in the community sector, and personal development in the wellbeing sector, equipping her with a wealth of awareness and systems knowledge that is well-rounded from the ground-up as well as top-down.
Trained in a variety of psychometric and personality testing tools, her passion for unlocking the human potential has led her to expand her expertise in mindfulness and wisdom practices as well as contemporary therapeutic approaches. With this she runs her own therapy practice supporting people to overcome trauma, conditioning and personal limitations, adding a further dimension to drawing meaningful connections from all areas of life.
