Rebecca Daniel is an experienced coach, coach supervisor and trainer with over 12 years experience in the education sector and extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. She specialises in empowering clients through tailored coaching that enhances wellbeing, confidence, resilience and communication. Rebecca works with leaders, executives, and individuals within a range of sectors helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals. As an accredited coach (ICF ACC, EMCC Senior Practitioner) and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, she uses a blend of positive psychology, NLP, and neuroscience to evoke awareness and facilitate meaningful change. Rebecca also holds an associate board member position for the ICF UK chapter.
Rebecca has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, focusing on helping them thrive in both professional and personal settings. Growing up with a mother diagnosed with epilepsy, Rebecca was exposed early on to the challenges and strategies for managing specific needs, excelling both at home and in the workplace.
Additionally, as a parent of a daughter diagnosed with autism, Rebecca has gained valuable experience in navigating the complexities of raising a child with additional needs, ensuring she has the tools to lead a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
With 5+ years as a professional coach, coach trainer and coach supervisor, Rebecca has experience coaching clients in various sectors including (but not limited to) healthcare, finance, local and central government as well as the education sector where she has over 12 years’ experience both as a teacher and leader.
