Rachel Westerbeek
Rachel’s coaching is grounded in the belief that we often have more influence over our situation than we realise; that given the right balance of challenge, support, and ‘thinking space’, we can achieve more than we initially think possible.
Rachel has ten years and 500+ hours coaching experience, primarily in large and complex public and private sector organisations. Rachel works with a wide range of individuals, from students and early-career potential to senior leaders.
Rachel is positive about the value of neurodivergent thinking and has lived experience of autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and epilepsy.
Rachel is a qualified Executive Coach and currently studying for a PGCert in Autism.
Rachel has 10 years and 500+ hours coaching experience working with senior leaders, early-career potential, and students in public and private sector and higher education environments. She also has 20 years experience working in Higher Education. Rachel is an experienced facilitator and trainer, including delivery of ILM Level 5 Effective Coaching and Mentoring and numerous short CPD courses for coaches.
Rachel has lived experience of autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, epilepsy.
