Lizzy is a certified coach with over 30 years of experience in banking, finance, procurement, and coaching. For the past 20 years, she has worked with adults and young people, including those with disabilities and health conditions, to help them grow personally and professionally. Lizzy’s coaching is practical, supportive, and tailored to each person’s needs, focusing on health and wellbeing, executive functioning, careers, and life skills.

Having experienced neurodivergence, epilepsy, PTSD, and workplace challenges, Lizzy understands the needs of both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. She helps them achieve success, find balance, and live a fulfilling life, believing that everyone can become the best version of themselves. With the right support, Lizzy helps clients manage stress, improve time management, and navigate challenges confidently.

 Lizzy is passionate about helping neurodivergent people and those with disabilities or health conditions overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential. She is patient, understanding, and focused on guiding her clients with clarity and confidence.
