Kevin French

Kevin supports individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, empowering them to thrive in both their professional and personal lives. He believes in helping people reconnect with their authentic selves rather than reinventing who they are. Through a combination of powerful insights and practical strategies, Kevin enables clients to unmask their strengths and unlock their potential.

Taking a whole-person approach, Kevin integrates cognitive, emotional, and embodied intelligence into his coaching practice. His core strengths—honesty, empathy, and intuition—form the foundation of his work. Using a multidisciplinary and blended coaching style, Kevin creates a space where clients can explore, grow, and achieve meaningful change.

Kevin works across the full spectrum of neurodiversity, specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism and ADHD, to optimise their performance and well-being. He also empowers leaders to embrace their authentic style, aligning their values with their impact.

Additionally, Kevin supports members of the LGBTQ+ community, helping them unmask their strengths, harness their wisdom, and build up their leadership skills.

Kevin has been working as a full-time coach for the past 7+ years, predominantly in the mental health and wellbeing space, and in recent years he has become specialised in the neurodivergent community.

Prior to becoming a coach, Kevin worked as a construction cost manager for a global cost consultancy, working on some exciting projects including Kings Cross Masterplan, the London 2012 Olympics and Rolex Headquarters, before transitioning into a head of training role. He is a recovering people pleaser and hyper achiever, that understands masking all too well, having been on multiple “coming out” journeys, in both his personal and professional life.

Kevin is a trauma informed coach, that works with the full spectrum of experience. He has taken multiple trainings in working with neurodivergence, both from a coaching and clinical perspective, and from a trauma informed lens. It has become a passion project of his since learning about his own adult AuDHD diagnosis.
