Gemma Drinkall
Gemma’s coaching begins with the principle of “Unconditional Positive Regard”. She knows that you are an amazing individual and tailors coaching to you; what you need and wish to move forward in your working life. Gemma empowers you to learn more about yourself, enabling you to develop strategies for time management, focus, organisation and more, so that you have the confidence and self-belief to thrive in your career.
Gemma’s background is in Education and Wellbeing. Having burned out of her teaching career, she retrained as a coach in 2020. She has lived experience of ADHD, Mental Health, Stress/Anxiety and Autism.
Gemma has worked as a coach for 5 years and has nearly 400 hours of coaching experience, ranging from Educators, solopreneurs, neurodiversity in the workplace, group coaching, and co coaching.

Accredited coach training course with Barefoot Coaching Limited.
Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation ACC Level
