Ella Jaffery-Reed
Ella works closely with her coachees to understand their situation, identify their strengths and develop strategies that are creative and practical. She treats everyone as unique individuals and always encourages the coachee to understand for themselves what it takes for them to be at their best.
Having first-hand experience of dyspraxia, Ella is impassioned by her own struggles with conventional education and workplace environments. Over the years she has realised that there
are other ways to work and learn which has enabled her to flourish in both academic settings
and in coaching others. It is this personal experience that drives her commitment to help
individuals to explore and discover new and creative ways to unlock their potential.
Ella joined Genius Within in 2016, and has since had two children, completed a certificate in International Law, and delivered over 600 hours of coaching.
Before starting at Genius Within, she worked in Prisons and Probation, supporting young men through their transition out of prison, and into the workplace. She has also spent five years as an appropriate adult to vulnerable individuals in police custody, and before that spent 15 years as a horse rider and instructor.
