Caroline Griffiths
Caroline works as a thinking partner to professionals seeking clarity, alignment and sustainable progress—particularly those who experience the world and workplace differently.
She specialises in executive coaching and neurodiversity in the workplace, supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, as well as those navigating stress, anxiety and broader mental health challenges.
Her work centres on helping clients better understand how they think, process and perform—moving away from one-size-fits-all approaches and towards strategies that are genuinely aligned to the individual. She enables clients to work with their strengths, rather than against them, creating more sustainable and effective ways of operating.
Caroline creates a space where clients can pause, reflect and explore without judgement. Through thoughtful conversation, observation and constructive challenge, she helps clients uncover new perspectives, reframe difficulties and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
With over 20 years’ experience in HR and Learning & Development across corporate and public sectors, she brings both a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and a deeply intuitive coaching presence.
