Allison Lindsay
Allison has been coaching for over 20 years. She has been a coach with Genius Within since 2019. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She also has an ILM certification in Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-differences in the Workplace. She is a certified Mindfulness teacher, certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator & Group Leader, and a certified Embodied Facilitator. Her educational background is in psychology and she has an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Allison coaches a wide range of clients from different sectors such as: professional services; finance; pharmaceutical; healthcare; emergency services; and energy industries. She coaches clients from individual contributor/employee level, to Executives in large international companies.
When Allison is coaching, she creates a safe and supportive space for people to explore their strengths, challenges, and what they really want to achieve in life and work. She works co-creatively with them to define and achieve their goals on a sustainable basis.
When Allison is coaching at her best; she is present, engaged, creative and empathic! She enjoys connecting with people. She loves seeing people understand themselves better, identifying and learning to work with their strengths, and champions her clients to as they gain deep insights, make real breakthroughs and grow their confidence.

Allison is passionate about supporting clients to discover insights and gain awareness around habitual patterns of behaviour, working with them to increase choice through building greater mental and behavioural flexibility so they can perform more effectively in the workplace.
