Afsar is a dedicated coach and mentor with over a decade of experience in the education sector, where he has excelled in teaching, mentoring, and training educators. With nine years as a mentor and four years as a coach, Afsar has worked with organisations like Genius Within, helping individuals unlock their potential. As the Director of Muted Healing, a company focused on creating safe spaces for personal and professional growth, Afsar specialises in delivering impactful training workshops on mental health, diversity, equity, and inclusion, covering key topics such as neurodiversity, religion, sexuality, class, race, and gender. He also hosts a podcast on Character Strengths, sharing their expertise with a broader audience.
