Tumi is about to qualify as a Clean Coach, specialising in a unique coaching method that fosters unbiased self-reflection. By offering a safe, judgement-free space, he helps clients explore their potential and address challenges through specific questioning.
Diagnosed with dyspraxia at the age of four, he founded The Black Dyspraxic to raise awareness about dyspraxia and the intersectionality of race and neurodiversity.
As a public speaker, consultant, and advisor, Tumi is committed to creating a neuroinclusive world where everyone’s differences are valued and understood.
Though new to coaching, Tumi is committed to continuous learning and refining his skills. For the past five years, he has been a professional neurodiversity advocate, and he also works as a researcher .
