PA to Head of Business Development
Holly is PA to Kate Pearson, Head of Business Development. She also works closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. Supporting them daily as well as arranging and organising all external events Genius Within attends. With a background in sales and office management she has been unable to work until recently due to an acquired brain injury.
She works part-time in a very busy role, no two days are the same. Holly is always available to help and prides herself on making team members roles easier. Holly works collaboratively with all employees, communicating and using her initiative to solve any problems before they become a problem.

What is Holly’s favourite way to relax and unwind after a day’s work?
Holly recently took part in the London Marathon, she is heavily in to fitness and currently learning to play tennis. She likes to keep active and her four year old Cavapoo keeps her on her toes!

Holly is modest, but her inner genius is being helpful and always willing to aid others in any way she can.
