Working memory is a fundamental intellectual process, which is affected by dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, head injury and more. This can be particularly difficult as an HE student because you need to learn to rely on your own internal and self-developed memory strategies to become an independent learner and move into the workplace. Our coaches can work with you on a one-to-one or group basis to help you develop new strategies to control memory upload and download, and manage the impact of stress.
