Elizabeth is a Chartered Psychologist, passionate about promoting wellbeing and talent in the workplace. She provides neurodiversity diagnostic and workplace needs assessments and coaching, supporting clients with care and empathy to gain insight, leverage strengths and develop strategies to help with challenges.
Elizabeth’s consulting experience spans two decades, both in the U.K. and Middle East and includes leading assessment, talent management and leadership development programmes for public sector, FTSE 100 and global organisations. In Elizabeth’s role setting up a People Assessment Centre of Expertise in Corporate HR, she led the implementation of group-wide people assessment strategy and governance.

Elizabeth has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Honours Degree in Psychology and is qualified to use a range of Cognitive and Occupational Ability and Personality tests.
Elizabeth has completed Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching certificates and previously held the position of Chair of The Division of Occupational Psychology Scotland. She has previously been awarded by The British Psychological Society for her consulting achievements.
