What stage of the organisational maturity model are you at?

Right now, most UK organisations are focused on compliance, providing neurodivergent individuals who are brave enough to seek support with reasonable adjustments in accordance with the Equality Act (2010).
Some organisations have moved beyond that to focus on deliberate inclusion. They recognise the value of neurodiversity, and may establish Employee Resource Groups, run awareness sessions and perhaps pilot new approaches.

A whole organisation approach to neuro-inclusion is essential for creating psychological safety.
Neurodivergent individuals are less likely than Neurotypical to feel psychologically safe at work. Psychological safety predicts organizational performance, innovation and retention, so it is important!
