Employability Services and Digital Solutions
Supporting neurodivergent individuals in their journey to fulfilling and sustainable employment
We have been supporting individuals and organisations around education, training and sustainable employment for over a decade. As a specialist provider and end-to-end case manager, we seek to identify the psychological barriers that have prevented clients from engaging in education and employment. We then support them to develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
Our team of psychologists and coaches work with clients to understand their strengths and develop person-centred, targeted plans to help them achieve positive outcomes. Support typically includes a blend of one-to-one and group coaching, mentoring, workshops and digital solutions such as eLearning and Genius Finder Employability. All designed to build on their strengths, develop confidence and help them in their search for employment.
We have a range of services and digital tools that can be utilised as part of an Employability project or program. Please get in touch through this short form to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Genius Finder™️ is a powerful online platform that enables individuals to understand their unique skills, challenges and potential – and in turn to improve workplace performance. Using a robust and independently validated psychometric survey approach, it gauges an individual’s confidence in their strengths, challenges and competencies across a range of 13 core cognitive areas. For example literacy skills, self-organising skills, numeracy, memory etc. Read more about the design at the dedicated Genius Finder website www.geniusfinder.com

Example Programmes and Partnerships we have delivered
Work and Health Programme
Through the Work and Health Programme we partner with Shaw Trust to offer support to long-term unemployed neurominorities in Leicestershire, Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Worcester/Herefordshire, Northampton/Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Black Country, Staffordshire/Shropshire, and West London.
We provide a screening call to identify cognitive strengths and development areas. Following this we can recommend either one-to-one coaching (currently delivered via phone or Zoom,) or attendance at our virtual Employable Genius course (also currently run on Zoom). Both forms of delivery involve strategy coaching around memory, concentration, time management, organisation, stress management, communication skills, interview techniques, job searching techniques, confidence building and using our neurodiverse strengths.
We also accept referrals on this project for Workplace Needs Assessments, which are for employed participants. This involves working an individual and their employer to identify what reasonable adjustments would help the participant in being able to work at their best.

“Having something everyday has really helped me. Looking at stress management is something I needed to look but hadn’t and so moving forward I am trying to be more positive and be open to sharing my problem so I can get the support that I need. I now know asking for help is a strength.”
