Sabrina is an experienced coach who supports individuals with mental health challenges, in recovery and those who are neurodivergent to thrive in both life and work.
Sabrina’s coaching approach is person-centered, strengths-based and rooted in psychological safety, creating space for people to reflect, grow and reconnect with their purpose.
With over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals with lived experience of mental health and additional needs, she brings deep empathy and insight to her practice. Sabrina holds a Master’s in Occupational Psychology, is a registered Mental Health Nurse and is ILM Level 5 qualified in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.
For over five years, she has delivered workplace strategy coaching to professionals navigating personal and professional goals. Drawing on her own lived experience as a parent in a neurodivergent household, she also supports families and students locally. Sabrina brings warmth, clinical understanding and lived experience to her associate coaching.
